A media buy is only as good as its plan. BMG works very closely with clients in preparing a detailed plan that incorporates all aspects of the media buy. Plans cover all the elements that will make each media buy prove the most efficient and effective. BMG's approach to media buying is to have face-to-face negotiations with all media owners. The art of negotiation is based on the knowledge of the buyer. We extensively research the media market, sales demands, and efficiencies before meeting with media owners, in order to negotiate the best and most efficient and effective media buy for our clients. At end of each schedule all invoices are checked and validated against orders. All incorrectly-run spots, wrong times, date errors are dealt with, and where necessary, credits are taken which and passed directly to our clients.
